THE ERP CONVERSATION CAFÉ
The European Green Deal: What's in it for communities and locally led environmental action?
14 September - 17.30 - 19.00

The ERP Conversation Café is a space to imagine and exchange ideas on the role of rural communities as game-changers in the quest for a good life within planetary boundaries.
This session, hosted by Forum Synergies and ECOLISE, will provide the opportunity to connect with others around the potential of bringing the European Green Deal to the local level: How can we drive transformational change towards regenerative local development with the combined power of Local Action Groups and community-led local development?
This 2-hour dynamic session will offer you:
Stories from community initiatives and organisations that are leading the way in terms of the revitalisation of local rural communities that addresses environmental, social and economic challenges through a just transition.  
Conversations in small groups with a facilitator in 3 x 20-minute rounds, each addressing different approaches in response to the overall question of how to enable transformational change in rural areas. At the end of each of the 3 rounds, participants move to a different table, engaging with other ERP participants (World Café Format).

Harvest: After the small group discussions participants will be invited to share insights from their conversations with the whole group, and to discuss what we would like to see as part of the Kielce Manifesto.
